Why Vegan?

You might wonder why this course is focused on vegan Italian dishes?

Traditionally, a lot of the old Italian recipes and dishes are vegan since meat was expensive and most people were not able to afford it. We also had a lot of requests about vegan cooking so we created this online course for you. We will film and release more courses in the future which are not vegan.
